Kirby Winfield is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AdXpose. Kirby joined AdXpose in August, 2008, is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overall management. Before AdXpose, Kirby operated Ascend Solutions, which provided strategic guidance for portfolio companies of Clearstone Venture Partners, Monster Venture Partners, and Wescom Capital. Prior to Ascend Solutions, Kirby was the General Manager and Vice President of the consumer Web site division of Marchex, Inc. (MCHX), overseeing more than 200,000 owned and operated Web sites. During his tenure, Marchex grew to 31 million unique monthly visitors and conducted a successful NASDAQ IPO. Prior to Marchex, Kirby was responsible for corporate, brand, and product marketing at Go2Net (acquired by InfoSpace [INSP]), which became a top 20 online network and conducted a successful NASDAQ IPO during his tenure. Kirby sits on the Board of Directors of SharperAgent, LLC, a leading provider of CRM and marketing services to real estate agents, speaks frequently at industry events, and invests in and advises a number of online media startups.
Greg Harrison is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of AdXpose. Greg founded AdXpose, in 2005, and oversees the company's network which processes 10-15 terabytes of data each month. Prior to AdXpose, Greg was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Ignition Partners, where he researched the impact of Web services platforms on consumer businesses. Prior to Ignition, Greg served as CTO and VP of Engineering of Vidiator, a Hutchison Whampoa Limited company responsible for deploying all of Hutchison's 14 global third-generation wireless carrier infrastructure. Before Vidiator, Greg held a number of senior engineering, product and program management positions at Envision, Loudeye, and Mosaix, and he has also founded and operated his own consulting and software development company. Greg holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
Jeff Bergstrom is Chief Financial Officer of AdXpose. As AdXpose’s CFO, Bergstrom is responsible for managing the company's financial strategy and operations, as well as overseeing and implementing all financial reporting, forecasting, tax functions, and cash flow operations. Jeff has been an Internet startup "exit" veteran during his 18-year financial career. He has managed multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and mergers, facilitated private equity transactions, and navigated business finances during tough macro-economic times. In all, Bergstrom has built and sold three tech and Internet companies resulting in over $2.2B in shareholder value. He spent five years with Internet company Go2Net, helping the company grow to over $110M in annual revenue and $40M in annual operating cash flow. He was deeply involved with the purchase and integration of nine companies in two years, and also led the financial team ultimately responsible for the acquisition by InfoSpace for approximately $2.0B. Before AdXpose, Bergstrom was CFO of The PowerTech Group, senior director of finance within Areva T&D, a French public multinational industrial conglomerate, and Controller of Risk Management Solutions, which was sold to a private equity fund run by Morgan Stanley. He has also had two tours of duty with Arthur Anderson, LLP.
Ryan Polley is the Chief Operating Officer at AdXpose and manages the corporate, business development, and the enterprise sales team as a key member of the management team.
Prior to joining AdXpose, Ryan served as President of Dragon Media Online and remains an active board member at the company.
Ryan was named President in December 2007 having joined Dragon Media Online through the company's acquisition of Don't Blink Media, Inc. where he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since Don't Blink Media's inception. Ryan became a member of the Dragon Media Online Board of Directors in December 2007.
Prior to Dragon Media Online, Ryan served as Vice President of Business Development at Marchex, Inc., a publicly traded company ("MCHX"). Also, Ryan was Director of Partnerships at Classmates Online until the company's acquisition by United Online, a publicly traded entity ("UNTD"). Ryan began his internet career at Design Intelligence followed by several leadership roles at RealNetworks, Inc. ("RNWK") over five years. Ryan's entire career has been focused on the online advertising marketplace in various capacities, both nationally and internationally.
Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington, Seattle. He also attended the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and then attended school in both Brake and Koln Germany.
Andy Terentjev has over 15 years of traditional and digital media experience having held senior business development and sales positions with start-ups to large publicly traded companies. Prior to joining AdXpose, Andy was SVP, Business Development for Alerts.com, responsible for securing content and distribution partnerships with publishers. Before joining Alerts.com, Andy worked for over five years with RealNetworks as GM, Latin America, responsible for Real’s system software sales and as GM, Business Development, for Rhapsody and Real Player. Andy was responsible for securing Rhapsody client distribution with all HP consumer PCs, having replaced the iTunes client. Andy began his business career as a banker with the Bank of Boston, financing media and entertainment companies, and also worked for music legend Chris Blackwell, founder of Island Records, in various business development and acquisition roles.
Matt Pangrazio is the Vice President of Sales at AdXpose. Matt joined the company in January 2009, and is responsible for the company’s advertising sales strategy. Before AdXpose, Matt was the Director of vertical markets, a sales division of Marchex, Inc. (MCHX), where he was in charge of bringing in vertically focused advertisers to the Marchex advertising network. During his tenure, Matt brought in over $5 million in quarterly revenue. Prior to Marchex, Matt was a sales manager at Go2Net (acquired by InfoSpace), which became a top 20 online network and conducted a successful NASDAQ IPO during his tenure. Matt holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Washington.
Sandy Streim has been involved with digital and interactive media for the past 15 years. Most recently he has managed regional interactive sales teams for Allrecipes.com, the leading food and entertaining website; Myxer, a leader in mobile content; and United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD- Classmates, NetZero). Prior to United Online, Sandy spent several years at Hearst Business Media and was responsible for creating their interactive product lines, transforming several print products to online services, managing the online sales through a joint print and digital team, and developing the marketing and product programs to support that transition. Prior to Hearst, Sandy worked for several startups in the publishing, software technology, digital media and information space. Sandy has earned an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
