Marketing Communications Manager

AdXpose seeks a talented and passionate marketing professional with demonstrated experience and success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and public relations programs and integrated sales campaigns, preferably in the online advertising world. This includes developing awareness and relationships with key players in the media & online advertising industry such as agencies, advertisers, publishers and platforms. This role will be responsible for increasing our awareness, and generating first-class sales leads for our sales and business development teams.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in marketing around optimizing a business value proposition through a coordinated approach of direct and partner marketing. This role requires exceptional capabilities in marketing strategy, business analytics, project management and cross-team organizational agility.

This is a highly visible role and will need to work across business functions and sales teams to drive success. If you are a high-energy, creative marketing professional who enjoys working closely with sales, this role is for you!

A background in marketing online ad server or platform technologies, ad networks, or exchanges is a major plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all public relations activity, including social media, blogs, vertical trade and traditional business media. Own PR strategy and manage external PR firm.
  • Create and leverage thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and research reports.
  • Create and manage a strategic marketing plan that encompasses integrated sales campaigns and embraces relationship marketing. Act as a cross-team functional lead to manage project execution of plan elements. Make related budget investment recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our industry customers’ needs and behaviors over their purchasing lifecycle. Identify key targets and opportunities for marketing & sales campaigns to increase awareness, generate leads and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to create insights around our business and create fresh, innovative campaigns that support our business objectives.
  • Develop an effective program for tracking campaign metrics and ROI that both leverages existing tracking mechanisms and provides new thought leadership around effective marketing measurement.
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify, track and message against key competition.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in internet media/technology marketing
  • Successful working knowledge of the online advertising eco-system
  • Proven ability both to lead and work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Blend of strategic, marketing and analytical skills coupled with a creative mind
  • Digital marketing and PR skills a must
  • Experience selling/marketing to or servicing advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of online ad “math” and metrics
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques and technologies
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment
  • Able to market to decision makers across multiple disciplines. including media, operations, analytics
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SalesForce experience preferred



Sales Manager, East

AdXpose seeks a talented and passionate Sales Director/Manager for the East territory to join our sales team. Primary responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing agencies, advertisers, and online advertising platforms. We are looking for a unique sales professional – someone who has both experience evangelizing products and has the ability to carry the entire sales process from prospecting to close.

A background in selling or servicing online ad server or platform technologies, ad networks, or exchanges is a major plus.



 Responsibilities
  • Present Company’s solutions to key decision makers within agencies, platforms, networks, brands in order to increase the number of new clients and monthly impression volume
  • Report to and update management regularly on activity status and next steps related to specific opportunities
  • Collaborate with Technical and Account Management staff to ensure appropriate training and smooth transition from pre- to post- sales
  • Cold Call to develop new client leads within key categories
  • Attend industry events and follow-up with leads generated in a timely fashion
  • Expand industry knowledge and gain visibility through industry events and training

Requirements
  • Bachelors, or Masters degree
  • 3+ years experience in internet media/technology sales
  • Must have proven, extensive contacts at top interactive agencies/brand advertisers
  • Proven sales/business development success
  • Consultative selling style and experience
  • Experience selling to or servicing agencies
  • Superior knowledge of online ad “math” and metrics
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques and technologies
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to sell to decision makers across multiple disciplines. including media, operations, analytics
